October 2025: A Month of Momentum, Growth, and Community at PMF Industries

October 2025 was a dynamic month for PMF Industries, packed with activities that showcased our commitment to our team, our community, and the future of advanced manufacturing. We’re excited to share a recap of the highlights!

The month began with a strong focus on connecting with talent:

October 1st & 9th: Career Fair Success.

PMF participated in both the fall Clinton County Career Link and Lycoming Career Link Career Fairs. These events were fantastic opportunities to engage with job seekers and led to several promising interviews. It’s always great to get our name out there and meet potential future team members!

Investing in our employees’ growth and well-being remains a core priority:

October 10th: Learning with Lunch.

Our team gathered for an engaging Lunch and Learn session, spearheaded by PMF’s Quality Department. The topic, Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), provided valuable insights, proving that learning new information can be even better with pizza!

October 12th: Fall Family Fun.

Fall Family Fun. Employees and their families enjoyed our annual Fall Picnic at Today Farms in Muncy. With lunch, hayrides, pumpkin picking, a corn maze, and a petting area, it was a fantastic day for everyone to relax and connect.

PMF is also deeply invested in shaping the future of our industry:

October 15th: Guiding Future CNC Talent.

Guiding Future CNC Talent. PMF proudly participated in the Keystone Central School District’s Occupational Advisory Committee Meeting for the CNC Machining program. This key discussion helps ensure that curriculum content stays relevant, equipping students with the skills needed for today’s technology.

A significant day for our team highlighted our unique culture:

October 16th: Celebrating Employee Ownership.

We celebrated a major benefit of working at PMF by handing out our Employee Stock Ownership Certificates. Seeing how much their stock has grown brought smiles to everyone’s faces, reinforcing the shared success that comes with being an owner.

October 23rd: Rack 'Em Up!

Our second Pool League kicked off right here at PMF! Yes, a Pool League! Our game/workout room is available to all employees and offers a great space for fun and friendly competition. It’s just another example of how we strive to make PMF a truly great place to work.
