November 2025 Recap: Honoring Service, Celebrating Achievement, Building the Future November was a defining month at PMF Industries—a time to honor the people who make precision metal forming possible and to invest in the partnerships that will shape manufacturing’s future.
Recognizing Our Veterans
On November 11, PMF recognized eight employee veterans with personalized letters of appreciation from President John F. Perrotto and Executive Vice President Kenneth F. Healy. Each veteran received gifts acknowledging their service to our country. The day concluded with refreshments shared across the facility—a small gesture of gratitude for those who gave so much.
Thanksgiving Celebration
On November 18, PMF hosted a catered Thanksgiving luncheon for all employees across every shift. The menu featured traditional favorites: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans, and both pumpkin and apple pie. Beyond the meal, it was an opportunity for team members to connect and celebrate the season together.
45 Years of Excellence
Steve Riggle Retires On November 19, PMF celebrated the retirement of Steve Riggle, 3rd shift supervisor over press forming, flowforming, and heat treating operations. Steve's 45-year tenure represents an extraordinary commitment to mastering the processes that define PMF's competitive advantage. His deep expertise in these core forming and treatment disciplines—the foundation of FlowformingPlus™—helped establish PMF's reputation for precision and quality. We wish Steve and his family health, happiness, and adventure in this well-deserved next chapter.
Engaging the Next Generation
On November 21, PMF representatives joined students and faculty at Williamsport High School’s machining program for a breakfast event. The gathering provided an informal setting for conversations about career pathways, industry expectations, and the opportunities available in advanced manufacturing. Throughout November, PMF also participated in Occupational Advisory Committee (OAC) meetings at Sun Area Technical Institute, Williamsport High School, and Jersey Shore High School. These industry-education partnerships help ensure that high school curricula align with the technical competencies manufacturers need—creating a direct pathway from classroom instruction to skilled employment.
Apprenticeship Program Graduates
Three New Journey Workers On November 24, PMF celebrated the graduation of three employees from its CNC Machining Apprenticeship Program. Isaiah Rossi, Colton Folmar, and Chris Heck have earned Pennsylvania State certification as Journey Workers in CNC Machining—a credential recognizing their mastery of advanced manufacturing techniques. PMF’s apprenticeship program combines rigorous on-the-job training with technical instruction, developing skilled machinists capable of producing precision components for the aerospace, defense, medical, and energy industries. The program represents PMF’s commitment to growing talent internally and strengthening the domestic manufacturing workforce.
Looking Ahead
PMF Industries remains deeply committed to workforce development, community engagement, and the continued advancement of precision metal forming technology. Stay tuned for our December recap as we close out another year of progress.
