Quality Assurance
PMF's quality management system is accredited to ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100:2004.
In addition, PMF holds an ASME U stamp for manufacturing pressure vessels from
flowformed cylinders. PMF is accredited by Nadcap in non-destructive testing
with liquid penetrant inspection (LPI). We are currently in the process of
becoming Nadcap certified in heat treating, brazing, and welding.
The PMF team is committed to meeting or exceeding the
requirements of our customers by holding each member responsible for assessing
the quality of our work and the quality of our product at each step of the
manufacturing process. The combination of dedicated staff and state-of-the art
measuring capabilities, which include two CMM machines, a measuring arm, and a
variety of other calibrated tools and measuring equipment, ensure we deliver
quality parts each time.
