GTAW and GMAW Welding

With our strong team of AWS certified welders and NADCAP certification, PMF Industries, Inc. is capable of fulfilling all of your welding needs. Using CNC, semi-automated, and free-hand methods, we perform a range of welding processes. Along with GTAW, GMAW, and stick welding, our capabilities include brazing, soldering, and resistance spot welding. Our welders are highly accomplished at creating tightly-fitted joints with no warping or distortion in thin metals. They are also at the forefront of newest trends and techniques for joining aerospace metals. With their critical understanding of all dominant aerospace materials, they create clean welds with deep penetration to meet the strict demands of this industry.

When it comes to creating high-integrity welded seams, joint fit up is critical. Our engineers are available to assist you with deciding where joints should be placed and what type of joint to use. We can also review part tolerance specifications to ensure there are no gaps due to part variance. By paying detailed attention to cleaning, edge preparation, consumables, and all other aspects of the welding process, we create defect-free joints of the highest integrity in many types of metal. In addition to aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, we weld exotics and a wide assortment of nickel alloys.

We perform expert quality control, including visual inspection and a range of other test methods per your specifications. We have the production and staffing resources to manage welding projects of any size or complexity, from single prototypes to high volume processing.
